Artisan & Craft Fair

The Morgantown Elks Lodge #411 is proud to host a Spring Arts & Craft Fair.
We are looking for artisans and crafters who have fine-tuned their skills and have quality products to sell!

No political booths will be accepted at this event.

Vendor Registration Form

Vendor Registration fee of $35, plus processing fees where applicable, includes:

Designated 10 x 10 space
One 8-ft table and 2 chairs
Wi-Fi access for processing credit card payments
Electricity access is available for a $10 fee.
Payment for booth space must be received with registration to secure space.
Vendor registration deadline: Saturday, April 11.

General Rules and Regulations

The Vendor agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the sponsor(s), management or agents of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks and Morgantown Lodge #411, collectively or individually for any loss or injury, that may arise or occur, by or to the independent contractor, his employees or agents, his property, or merchandise, from any causes of negligence, natural or otherwise, during or while conducting any business or any other related activities by himself or his agents, in connection with this contract or any other agreement or contract as authorized by the bylaws and or charter of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks and Morgantown Lodge #411.
The Morgantown Elks Lodge #411, or any agent acting on its behalf, will not be responsible for damages to exhibitors/ vendor’s display, units or property.
The Morgantown Elks Lodge #411 reserves the right to advertise the presence of the exhibitor or vendor. The exhibitor agrees to hold the Morgantown Elks Lodge #411 and any agent acting on its behalf harmless from any advertising or other liability.
Unless otherwise agreed upon all hardware (i.e. electrical cords, tables, coverings, etc.) is the responsibility of the vendor. Most utilities will be provided to commercial vendors at no additional cost if all required needs are specified on the original application. The Vendor MUST provide connection equipment.
Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited at any Morgantown Elks Lodge #411 event.
Vendors will be required to sign a Code of Conduct sheet before they can sign into the event. Hostility will not be tolerated, in any form, towards volunteers, guests, or vendors. Anyone that is in violation of this policy will be asked to vacate the lodge immediately. Refunds will not be provided.

COMMERCIAL VENDORS

Commercial Vendors (i.e., Pampered Chef, Tastefully Simple, Pink Zebra, etc.), may be limited to one booth per brand.
If a commercial vendor under your brand is already registered, you will be notified that registration for that commercial brand is filled and you will not be permitted to register this season.
Morgantown Elks reserves the right to deny any request in this category.
Morgantown Elks monitors registration and will cancel reserved spaces and refund money for duplicates in this category for registration.

REFUNDS

Vendors can receive refunds up to 30 days prior to the event date.
After 30 days, refunds will not be processed; vendors requesting cancellation after this date will forfeit their registration fee.
Vendors must cancel their booth space by contacting Morgantown Elks Lodge Activities Commitee Chair.
Refunds will not be issued for: No shows; performance/sales of individual booths; or location of booth space.
Vendors are NOT permitted to re-sell their booth spaces if they cannot attend the fair.
