REFUNDS

Vendors can receive refunds up to 30 days prior to the event date.
After 30 days, refunds will not be processed; vendors requesting cancellation after this date will forfeit their registration fee.
Vendors must cancel their booth space by contacting Morgantown Elks Lodge Activities Commitee Chair.
Refunds will not be issued for: No shows; performance/sales of individual booths; or location of booth space.
Vendors are NOT permitted to re-sell their booth spaces if they cannot attend the fair.

Kidpreneur Fair - a Kids Vendor Market
Saturday, March 7 - 11 AM to 2 PM

The Morgantown Elks #411 Kidpreneur Fair will provide an exciting platform for young entrepreneurs ages 7–18 to develop, showcase,
and sell their own products or services.
The event encourages creativity, confidence, and business
acumen in youth while fostering community engagement.

Vendor Registration Form

Vendor Registration fee of $5, plus processing fees where applicable, and includes:

Designated 10 x 10 space
One 8-ft table and 2 chairs
Wi-Fi access for processing sales
Electricity access is available upon request
Load In/Set up can be done Friday, March 6 between 6 and 8 PM or Saturday morning, March 7, between 9 and 11 AM.
Payment for booth space must be received with registration to secure space.
Vendor registration deadline: Saturday, February 28, 2026.

Vendor Booth Awards and Recognition
All Kidpreneurs will receive certificates of participation. Judges will evaluate booths based on creativity, display, product quality, and customer interaction.

Ribbons will be awarded for several categories including:

Best Presentation
Most Innovative Business Idea
Best Customer Service
